Baked Kale Chips Recipe: #1
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius)
- With parchment paper, line a non insulated cookie sheet
- Using a knife or kitchen shears, remove the leaves from the stem, tear them into bite size pieces, do it carefully
- Wash and dry the leaves thoroughly with salad spinner
- Drizzle the leaves with olive oil
- Sprinkle them with seasoning salt
- Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the edges turn brown but not burnt

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of kale leaves, torn and stems removed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Lemon zest from 1 lemon
- Salt
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius)
- On two rimmed baking sheets, arrange the kale leaves
- Season it with salt
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, wait until crisp. Don’t forget to rotate the tray once

Ingredients:
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (you can substitute it with curry powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons almond butter (or any savory nut butter)
- 2 bunches of kale
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius)
- Wash the kale then dry it thoroughly with paper towels
- Pull the kale leaves of the center ribs in large pieces. Place the leaves on a baking sheet
- Mix the salt, spices, oil, and nut butter in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the leaves. Coat each of the leaves evenly using your hand. Coat evenly but don’t let the leaves drench in the mixture. The more evenly coated the leaves are, the better they will bake
- On 3-4 full sized baking sheets, place the kale leaves
- Bake the leaves until crisp but still green, or about 10 to 11 minutes. Let it cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets and then you can move it to an air tight container
- If some of the kale chips are still damp or flimsy, bake it again for a few more minutes

Ingredients:
- 1-2 tablespoon(s) avocado oil
- 2 bunches kale
- Seasoning salt or fleur de sel
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius)
- Remove the kale leaves from the stems, then wash it
- Spin the leaves in a salad spinner to dry
- Toss the leaves with avocado oil, coat the leaves evenly with your hands
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Place the leaves on top of it. Before baking, make sure the leaves are not folded over and are flat. This is important because if the leaves are either folder or not flat, they won’t crisp properly
- Bake the leaves for about 12 minutes, don’t let it burn
- Once the leaves are out from the oven, season them with salt or fleur de sel
