What you will need:
- 4 big potatoes wash cleanly
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 ½ - 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 7 fried bacon, sliced and crumbled
- Green onions for topping
How to make:
- Preheat your oven first to 400 degrees. Use your baking sheet to cook this recipe, cover with foil first. Spray with cooking spray.
- Cut the potatoes per ½ inch. Discard the potato tip.
- Brush every side of the potatoes. Add butter on one of the side, add salt.
- Bake the potatoes on the baking sheet until turned brown. Turn the potatoes, let the other side turned brown too.
- After done, now you are ready to give the topping. Put cheese, bacon, and green onions.
- Bake again the potatoes until the cheese is melted.
- Your easy potato skins are ready to be served.
Recipe 2: Potatoes au Gratin

- 3 lbs. Yukon gold potatoes, sliced thinly
- 3 garlic, minced
- ¾ tsp. salt
- 1 c. heavy cream

- Nutmeg, grated
- 2 c. Gruyere cheese, shredded
How to make:
- Preheat your oven to 175ËšC
- Boil potatoes with salt and water with medium-heat until tender (about 8 to 10 minutes).
- Take half the potatoes to the baking dish.
- Put half of the cream on the potatoes, add black pepper and nutmeg. Pour half of shredded Gruyere cheese, put potatoes on the cheese, and add black pepper and nutmeg again. Pour other half of Gruyere cheese.
- Bake until brown and look crispy.
- Your potatoes au gratin is ready to be served.

How to make:
- Preheat your oven first to 400Ëš F

What you will need:
- 20 grams butter
- 1 large onion (or you can use 2 medium onions), cut into dice
- 1 bay leaf
- 200 grams potato, peeled
- 500ml milk (choose whole milk)
- 500 ml chicken stock (or you can use veg stock too)
- 2 tbsp. Parsley leaves, chopped
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
How to make:
- Heat butter in medium-low heat. Add onions, bay leaf and a little of salt. Sauté till fragrant.
- Add peeled potatoes.
- Add milk and stock, add a little of salt and pepper. Cook until boil. Low the heat. Cook until the potatoes really tender.
- Cool the potatoes. After that, blend with blender (food processor is ok too) until the mixture looks smooth.
- Cook again in the pan, add salt and pepper. Add chopped parsley (optional).
- Your potato peel soup is ready to be served. Add pepper as garnish.
