Simple and Tasty Baked Broccoli Recipes

Broccoli is rich with nutrients and brings many health benefits. The problem is, not everyone like it. You maybe do not like it and your kids maybe do not like it too. No worry, though. Here, we have some baked broccoli recipes to help you turn this nutritious coniferous vegetable into healthy foods. Let us start.
Baked Broccoli Recipe #1
Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 heads broccoli, separated into florets
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (or 200 degrees C)
- Toss broccoli florets with garlic, pepper, sea salt and extra virgin olive oil in a large bowl. Spread out the broccoli in an even layer on a baking sheet
- Bake it in the oven. Wait about 15 to 20 minutes or until the florets become tender enough to pierce the stems with a fork
- Remove and move it to a serving platter
- For a tangy, refreshing finish, squeeze lemon juice over the broccoli, just before serving

Baked Broccoli Recipe #2
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan or sharp Cheddar
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 pound rinsed and trimmed broccoli
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (or 220 C)
- Cut broccoli florets into bite size pieces
- Next, cut the stalk into round slices, about 1/8” thick
- Put the broccoli in a mix bowl. Toss it with pepper, kosher salt, garlic and olive oil. Leave it for the moment
- Spread the panko into 13 by 9” metal cake pan. Place it into the oven until lightly toasted, for about 2 minutes
- Remove the panko from the oven. Put it into the bowl with the broccoli. Toss it to combine
- Return the mixture to the cake pan, put it into the oven and roast for about 8 to 10 minutes. Wait until the broccoli is tender
- When done, remove it from the oven. Toss in the cheese
- Serve
Baked Broccoli Recipe #3
Ingredients:
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Kosher salt
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (or to taste), grated
- 1 tablespoon half a lemon juice
- 1 1/2 pounds (about 680 grams) broccoli, cut into even sized florets
- 2-3 minced garlic cloves
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degree Fahrenheit (or 220 degree Celsius)
- Toss broccoli and garlic in a large bowl with lemon juice and olive oil until coated. Next, sprinkle the broccoli with salt. Toss to coat
- Line parchment paper or aluminum oil onto a baking sheet or rub it with olive oil
- Arrange the florets in a single layer on the baking sheet
- Bake it at 425 degree F (or 220 degree C) until cooked through and lightly browned, about 16 to 20 minutes. If you want to make sure if it is already cooked, you can poke it with a fork. It should be a fork tender
- Put the baked broccoli back in the bowl. Toss it with the grated parmesan cheese and lots of freshly ground pepper
- Serve
