This banana bread recipe is easy to make. You can create it in your own house in your spare time or in the holiday. To make it, the first step you should prepare all of the ingredients.
- Wheat flour (400 grams)
- Eggs (4 pieces)
- Baking powder (1 spoons)
- Soft sugars (4 spoons)
- Butter (6 spoons)
- Fresh Milk (200 ml)
- Banana (5 pieces)
In making this banana bread recipe, for the first we should make sure that we choose the best quality banana. Make sure that you choose the best banana without any black spots. Choose the medium size banana.
- For the first, we will make the bread batter. Put the 400 grams of wheat flour into the big bowl. After you put the wheat flour, add 4 pieces of eggs and stir it. You can mix it by mixer or simply by your hands. Make sure that you blend it good until the texture becomes so soft and gently. Just stir the batter over and over for about 10 minutes.
- After you have blended the wheat flour and 4 eggs, after that add 4 spoons of soft sugar. Mix it slowly with the batter that contains wheat flour and eggs. After some minutes, you can check the taste. If you feel that the batter is not sweet enough, you can add some more sugars.
- After that, just pour 6 spoons of butter and 200 ml of fresh milk. Mix it out with the batter. Stir t over and over slowly. Make sure that you mix it well until of the ingredients blended well. Stir it for about 5 minutes.
- In another hand, you should prepare the banana. Peel the skin of 5 pieces of banana, and put the content only. Blend the banana using blender machine or just simply by spoons with your own hand. You can add some water on it. Do not add another sugar on it. Just make sure that the banana batter is soft enough.
- After you have blended your banana, pour the banana batter on the flour batter. After that, mix it again and stir it slowly. Make sure that all of the ingredients are well blended.
- If you have finished combine all of the batter, add 1 spoons of baking powder. Mix it again and stir it slowly. The baking powder will swell your batter into a nice and delicious bread.
- After that, you can put the batter on the some kind of bowl and oven it. You can use a modern electronic oven or you can also use a traditional oven that placed on the stove. You can oven it for about 10 or more minutes. After that time, open the oven and check the batter. If the batter have already swollen enough, put out the bread and it is ready to serve.
You can add other ingredients if you like. For example, you can add some sweetened condensed milk on the top of the bread as the topping. You can choose many various kinds of milk taste that you like, such as vanilla, plain, chocolate or strawberry.
